International patients

The fact that we have a sister branch in the UK also means that even when you leave Mallorca

you can still receive help at home.

Patients from Scandinavia

Our dentists are registered with The Danish Health and Medicines Authority Sundhesstyrelsen in Copenhagen, Denmark and Socialstyrelsen in Stockholm, Sweden.

Despite being a British-owned and run dental practice, we speak not only English but also Spanish,  Russian and German so you will feel right at home. No matter where you are from, you can send us an email or a Whatsapp message with your enquiry in any language and we will swiftly respond to your query.

Even if the treatment you are looking for is purely cosmetic and not normally covered by the state system it is also worth considering to have it done in our clinic as it is as it is often more expensive to get the same treatment in your home country. Moreover, you can combine your dental treatment with a holiday in the beautiful Balearic Islands and return home with a transformed smile.

Under the EU Directive 2011/24/EU, you can apply for reimbursement of fees for your dental treatment as long as it is a treatment or a medication normally covered by your home country's state healthcare system. To help you with this process we will provide you with an invoice detailing what procedures we have performed and the associated costs. Upon request, we will also be happy to provide you with a clinical information letter explaining why the treatment needed to be done. To find out more visit the Europa website

Patients from Germany

For those from Germany, we are familiar with the procedure codes required by German insurers and we will include this information in your invoice for your convenience.

Patients from the UK

Our dentists are registered with the General Dental Council in London, the British Dental  Association and The British Orthodontic Society. Moreover, we offer extra help to people from the UK as we have a branch of our clinic in England meaning that if you are planning ahead of time to have your dental treatment done in Mallorca, you can first be seen by our dentist in England who will give you their professional opinion in writing. You can then get in touch with NHS England and arrange the reimbursement of costs ahead of time. If you want to know if you are eligible for fee reimbursement and need more information regarding the application process please visit the NHS website.
